Lack of education - ignorance. Children are the future - right?  The children growing up now when they are adults will be poorly educated and ignorant. Achieving world peace will even get harder, and the world will be full of disaster if the children are not educated.

Sample Problem:   Lack of access to technology,  the Internet, and the World Wide Web. Sample Solution:      Encourage libraries, schools, communities, and families to provide this access to kids for them to be able to survive in  the 21st Century.
